Bamboo AI is a restaurant-tech platform building operating-system tools for multi-branch food businesses. The founder approached us with an idea, a calendar full of investor meetings, and nothing built. The product needed to exist as a brand and a story before a single line of code shipped and the meetings were three weeks away.

We treated the design as the pitch. A confident brand identity, a complete product surface designed as though it had been shipping for years, and a deck system that walked investors through the company we were building, not the prototype we hadn't. Every state handled, every screen finished, every detail considered so the investor reading along couldn't tell where the design ended and the product would begin.

They raised. Before the prototype existed, before the codebase started, before a single restaurant signed on. The design did what it needed to do opened the next door.
